The house is completely furnished and accessorized with every convenience you may need during your stay. Ceiling fans are throughout on both floors. The covered porch on the first floor provides additional seating and dining space.

he house features sleeping accommodations ideal for seven with a recommendation of four adults (or two couples) and three children. If extra sleeping space is needed – how about bringing a tent and the kids can camp in the yard beside the river!

The house is nestled inside a beautiful wooded neighborhood perfect for long walks or bike rides. Wildlife is abundant! In the early morning, otters and beaver routinely swim and play in the river in front of the house and manatees visit frequently

No smoking in the house! Also, no pets are allowed. Tom & Holly have three friendly outdoor cats who live at the house. They love attention, but please don't let them inside the house!
